Florence is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) and a proud member of The College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). With firsthand experience navigating the immigration process as a Provincial Nominee herself, she understands the challenges you may face and is dedicated to guiding you with care, integrity, and expertise.
In addition to her professional expertise, Florence has personally handled numerous immigration applications for her family and extended relatives ranging from Super Visas, Visitor Visas, and Parent Sponsorships to Spouse Sponsorships, Provincial Nominees, and International Student applications—including student admissions and previously refused cases. She has successfully worked on Express Entry, Canadian Experience Class (CEC), and other immigration pathways.

In addition to her immigration expertise, Florence is a practicing Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Management Accountant (CMA). She holds a Graduate Diploma in Immigration and Citizenship Law from Queen’s University.
